Daily Recap SOA W5D1
Did you miss my daily schedules? I certainly did! I texted my SOA buddy that I was missing typing up an hour by hour of my day and was struggling to function without it. But with 3 solid days of helping a family friend move it was hard to even think about creating a schedule that would have gotten redesigned anyway. BUT this week is different. This week I have several different things going on that require entirely way too many waking hours that need to be held accountable.
Schedule:
6 - 7 A.M. — breakfast, catch up on news, clean bathroom
7 - 12 P.M. — work on thesis
12 - 1 P.M. — lunch, Netflix
1 - 5 P.M. — work on thesis
5 - 7 P.M. — gym (run, bike, row)
7 - 9 P.M. — dinner, Netflix, food prep for lunch & dinner tomorrow
9 - 10 P.M. — organize everything for Tuesday
Workout:
- Treadmill — 1.55 miles @ 18:45 minutes
- Bicycle — 7.5 miles @ 30 minutes
Bicycle Crunches Evaluation:
- Bicycle crunches — 45 seconds non-stop (forgot to count how many…)
Monthly Fitness Goals:
- Sustain 2 miles with a 12 minute/mile pace
- Successfully complete 15 days of 30 Day Shred
- Create a running baseline of 4 miles with 13 minute/mile pace
