When things don’t go according to plan…you improvise! And that’s what I did today after a late night editing my thesis resulted in a very late wake-up.
Ended up shifting my day back by 4 hours with everything. Also putting aside thesis for a few days as I’m over thinking edits and it is showing in my reviews. It’s both good and bad because I used to have something to sidetrack me with when I was still working on my other Master’s degree. Now I get to over indulge in more Netflix — yay?

Stationary Bike Level 10 hills course — 7.01 miles @ 30 minutes
Rowing interval level 5 — 0.45 miles @ 4 minutes
Stair Climber, 60 steps per minute — 0.65 miles @ 15 minutes
Also, food got tweaked and I’m changing my dinner of ground turkey meat and vegetables for an omelet as I need post-workout protein and I’m super craving spinach and mushrooms right now…
