I’ll try posting my weekly goals mid-day Monday starting Week 2 of SOA.
1. Try out 4 new recipes.
2. Create a workable list of tools to help others on their weight loss journey.
3. Work on digitizing family recipes.
4. Lose 10 pounds.
5. Maintain a running base to train from (i.e. 4-6 miles or so once a week).
1. Keep consistent with time schedule.
2. Fit in all workouts — rain or shine.
3. Only use the scale on Mondays, rest of the week it gets put away.
4. Work on finding more efficient way with time schedule to get things done.
